(Reuters) – Apple Inc on Thursday misplaced a bid to dismiss a lawsuit in California federal courtroom from competing app retailer Cydia, which accused the iPhone maker of sustaining an illegal monopoly over software program distribution on its working system.

U.S. District Decide Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers in Oakland, California, rejected Apple’s rivalry that Cydia’s allegations fell outdoors a four-year window allowed beneath federal antitrust regulation.
